Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Recruiter to manage both campus and experienced hiring portfolios. This role plays a critical part in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple levels to support evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to campus recruitment while confidently managing end-to-end experienced hiring. Excellent stakeholder collaboration, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Recruitment
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent from universities and polytechnics
- Build and maintain good relationships with career services teams, faculty members, and student organisations
- Organise and participate in campus career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives
- Manage internship and graduate hiring programmes in alignment with workforce planning needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campus candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience
2. Experienced Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruitment leads to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Provide consistent and timely communication to ensure a high-touch candidate experience
- Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks
3. Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with Human Resources, onboarding teams, and shared services to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and pipeline health
Qualifications
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, covering both campus and experienced hiring
- Prior experience recruiting for technology, digital, or consulting roles is good to have
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Good market mapping and sourcing capability
